Marko Tkalčič was awarded the best reviewer award, along with twelve other reviewers, at the 21st International Society for Music Information Retrieval Conference, held in October 2020. The selection was done based on the scores provided by meta-reviewers on the quality of individual reviews, in relation to the number of papers reviewed by each reviewer.
