On 10 July 2025, the Department of Information Sciences and Technologies at UP FAMNIT welcomed a delegation from the Faculty of Informatics and Digital Technologies (FIDIT), University of Rijeka, Croatia. The group consisted of around 30 professors, teaching assistants, doctoral candidates, and administrative staff.
The visit was part of FIDIT’s annual one-day educational and networking trip, during which faculty staff explore institutions in the region that offer similar study programmes and conduct research in related areas. This year, the group chose to visit the University of Primorska to strengthen academic ties and explore future collaboration opportunities.
