Our paper, “Text-to-Image Generation for Vocabulary Learning Using the Keyword Method” has received the Best Paper Award at the ACM IUI 2025 Conference.
Our research explores the use of AI-generated images to enhance foreign language vocabulary learning through the keyword method. By externalizing mental associations with AI-generated visuals, we demonstrated a significant improvement in vocabulary retention.
The ACM IUI conference is a premier international venue for research merging AI and HCI ranked as an A conference according to ICORE. Winning the Best Paper Award at this prestigious event reflects the impact and potential of our work in shaping the future of intelligent user interfaces.
