On June 25th, 2024, we organised the first workshop on Radar-Based HCI titled Beyond Radar Waves. The workshop was part of the EICS 2024 in Cagliari, Italy. We had 6 paper presentations and two keynote presentations from distinguished researchers in the field of Radar-Based HCI: (i) Prof. Moeness Amin from Villanova College of Engineering and Director of the Center for Advanced Communications, and (ii) prof. Aaron Quigley from the School of Computer Science @ UNSW Engineering and a Science Director and Deputy Director of CSIRO’s Data61.
